Browser changes: Emscripten asynchronous event loops, compatible rendering/input/audio, touch controls, and Mindblown save/sound/run integration. LPairs uses a replacement SDL mixer backend with the original sound effects.

Emscripten runtime and its SDL compatibility code retain their MIT/University of Illinois notices in the source archive. LMarbles additionally uses SDL2 (zlib), SDL_mixer (zlib), and Ogg/Vorbis (BSD), with their original license files in the dependency archives.
